Rules and ratings

Project descriptions are separate from member opinions. Each user has one current rating per project; the overall score is the mean of published ratings. A representative badge confirms authority, not service quality. Reports must identify a specific rule violation, regardless of the rating. Spam, threats, disclosure of other people’s personal data and fabricated reviews are prohibited. The topic author can mark a complaint resolved. Advertising must not affect ratings.
