A representative applies from the project profile. An administrator verifies authority and assigns a role for that project. Verification does not require passwords or login codes.
Replies appear beside the review. Representatives cannot change someone else’s rating or delete criticism. The topic author can mark an issue resolved. Rule-violation reports are handled separately.
